I thoroughly enjoyed the room with comfy beds. The bed was exceptionally comfortable. The hotel's location was perfect, really close to fast food too, airport, and Joplin, MO. Easily reached Subway, located at a short distance from the property.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Hampton Inn. We appreciated the hot shower and the comfortable and clean bed. Despite not getting to experience the breakfast, our overall stay was excellent.

Checkin took VERY long...many workers milling around but only one lady doing checkin and waiting on info about which rooms ready even though 6:00 PM

Had a fine stay for a business trip. My room was in good working condition with comfy beds. The less firm mattress was immaculately clean and updated. Attentive staff were working here.

Comfortable beds with a softer mattress, along with AC to keep you cool 😌. They offer a variety of delicious breakfast options to choose from.

Great place to stay. We always stay at Hampton Inns, during our travels. This bad review is for the Colby Ks Hampton Inn and not Joplin location. Outstanding stay at Joplin Ms.

Some of your rooms only have 1 chair and it is a office type chair. Not a soft type chair. Requested another chair at the Colby KS. Hampton Inn with no success. So one of us had to sit on the bed, until we went to bed. If there are two beds. Please more chairs

I recently stayed at the Hampton Inn in Joplin for a quick overnight business trip. The hotel location was convenient and the room was clean and comfortable. I was especially pleased with the charging station next to the bed, which made it easy to charge my phone without having to unplug any hotel lamps. The check-in woman was very friendly and accommodating, allowing me to park my new car in a single slot in their lot to protect it. I really appreciated this level of service!

Clean rooms, plenty of towels and amenities. Shower curtain was surprisingly clean. Location is convenient. Front desk staff handled a previous issue professionally.

My room had central heating, a flat-screen TV with cable channels, and a seating area. The bathtub was clean, and everything in the room was good. The setting was comfy, within a short walk to several restaurants, gas stations, and Joplin for business. The breakfast was awesome, and I loved where it was located.

Enjoyable stay, we were there for 1 day. The hotel was located just off the main 44 artery, and several restaurants and gas. The staff was attentive, as for 3-stars property. Absolutely perfect location to Joplin downtown was a plus. Also, Lake Erie Wine Country was 2 miles away.

This hotel exceeded my expectations in so many ways. Firstly, the attention to detail was impressive. The room was clean and well-maintained, with plenty of towels and hygiene products provided. I was particularly impressed with the shower curtain, which was amazingly clean - a rare find in hotels. Additionally, the staff was kind and helpful, making me feel welcome throughout my stay. The location of the hotel was also a major plus, as it was in a safe area and close to everything I needed. I was extremely satisfied with my experience at this hotel.
